MAGNET MAGAZINE FEATURE ON DEATHBOMB ARC

It is rare these days for there to be a print-only article on music, but thanks to Magnet Magazine, Deathbomb has gotten such a rare honor. In their current April issue (#108) Deathbomb is given a full page, discussing the variety of acts we’ve released over the years. In addition, they focus on three releases (all available on our bandcamp) a bit deeper. These three releases are a bit surprising/silly, and that is pretty entertaining to us. I mean, who ever thought that the strange laptop ska group No Restraint would get attention like this?!!?!? Thanks Magnet!

NEW MINCEMEAT OR TENSPEED SONG, ALBUM, & TOUR!!!

One of our favorite east coast acts, Mincemeat Or Tenspeed, is proving himself stronger in the game than ever! His approach to beat centric noise has always been a unique voice no matter what genre you want to try and pin it as. This first track leaked from his album ‘Waitin’ For Surfin’ Bird’ (on Decoherence, the same label behind the great Radio Shock 7”!) is a promise of fantastic summer joy this year. But why wait? He is starting a tour on the east coast TODAY! (via Ad Hoc)

INCREDIBLY INTERVIEW WITH MURDER DOG MAGAZINE FOUNDER BLACK DOG BONE

A must read.

"It was all a dream, pictures in Murder Dog magazine." - clipping.

tumblinerb:

I interviewed Murder Dog magazine founder Black Dog Bone over at RBMA. He is a rare legend whose life and legacy goes much deeper than gangsta rap publishing, touching on revolution in Sri Lanka, punk in Iowa, pet shops in Dubai and more.
