SIGNOR BENEDICK THE MOOR, LIVE AT THE SMELL VID

The Gang Wizard folks filmed this performance of “Now Playing: Flight of the Flightless Birds: American Beauty Part Two” by Signor Benedick The Moor at the Smell from a few weeks back. Raw footage for sure, but it captures the amazing combination of intensity, sophistication, and absurd cuteness that make Signor Benedick The Moor so amazing. Definitely go see him live if you have the chance.

This song is from his now sold out cassette on Deathbomb. You can still grab it on digital though. And, of course, his debut album ‘El Negro’ is out now via Deathbomb as well, don’t sleep!

MISHKA INTERVIEW WITH CLIPPING. / TONS OF NEW TOUR DATES

The Mishka site sat down with clipping. while they were in San Francisco and conducted one of the most hilarious interviews the group has ever done. Smart questions and playful banter. The best of both worlds. A highly recommended read.

Also, a ton of new tour dates have been added for clipping. From Brooklyn to Phoenix and everywhere in-between (well, at least, a route in-between).

REMAINDERLESS (MEM. TIK///TIK, XBXRX) DEBUT 12” NOW IN STOCK

Longtime Deathbomb artists S.R. Cano (tik///tik) recently formed a new harsh noise trio with Steve Touchton (XBXRX, Warbler) and Matt Purses called Remainderless. A return to the classic 00’s form of collaborative table-top noise, Remainderless do more than just blast max-ed out harsh walls though. The many years of experience this trio brings is clear in their subtleties, incredible dynamic, and most importantly, sense of patience. The grand movements and soundtrack level of delicacy makes the moments of intense noise all the more emotional and fulfilling. Their debut 12” is on clear vinyl, released by the Oxen label, and available in the Deathbomb webstore!

CLIPPING. LIVE AT THE DEATHBOMB ARC / NOT NOT FUN SHOWCASE

shtml:

Last night in the middle of the show the power went out. So everybody clapped and stomped to make a beat and Daveed, along with nearly everyone else there, sang Body and Blood. After the show he said that was his favorite version of the song they had ever played.
