We are just days away from launching the new Deathbomb Arc website. For the first time in years, the entire 100+ discography will be fully posted. It will also be fully searchable and sortable in any way you wish. In celebration of the new site, being a label for over a decade, and releasing over 100 albums, we'll be sharing the first installment of the DBA100 series at launch. 1. Yuri Landman coming to the US to teach U!

I had the immense pleasure of meeting Yuri Landman while in Amsterdam a couple years ago. Yuri is the inventor of many amazing sci-fi music instruments. Instruments that have been used by bands such as HEALTH, Liars, Sonic Youth, Jad Fair, Sebadoh, and many more.
On Sun March 25th, Yuri will be at the Smell in Los Angeles, teaching a workshop on how to make his most popular instrument, The Home Swinger. At this workshop, all materials will be provided to make your own Home Swinger to keep. Then, on the next day, all the participants can perform in an orchestra with Yuri and a secret star studded band (also at the Smell). While the cost of the workshop may seem high for a “Smell event” (it is $135 to participate), don’t forget that you go home with a very unique musical instrument for about the same price as a crappy guitar.

Some of you may remember clipping. from their debut performance about a year ago at a Foot Village record release party. At the time, clipping. was just Jonathan Snipes from Captain Ahab and William Hutson from rale. They have now added Daveed Diggs to the act as their lead vocalist.
